Alisha is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who supports clients through life’s transitions and helps them manage stress by cultivating balance in their daily lives. She works with individuals facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, burnout, substance use, postpartum concerns, and more. Outside of her work in therapy, Alisha enjoys spending time with her son and shares her passion for wellness through teaching yoga.
Her therapeutic approach is rooted in the belief that true healing involves the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. She integrates evidence-based practices with mindfulness, somatic awareness, and self-compassion to support both emotional and physical well-being. In sessions, you’ll explore not only thoughts and emotions but also how your experiences are held in the body, guiding you toward greater resilience, balance, and self-understanding.
Clients can expect a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where they feel truly heard and empowered. Alisha works collaboratively to clarify your goals and move at a pace that feels right for you—whether you're looking to build coping skills, process past experiences, or nurture personal growth. Her aim is for you to leave each session with increased self-awareness, practical tools for everyday life, and a deeper sense of confidence in your unique path forward.
